Getting started with mikro4d on mobile
We provide three installation pathways depending on your device and preference. Each route connects you to the same account, live-dealer studios, sportsbook data, and payment system. Choose the method that fits your workflow.

Download the APK or open the web address
For Android, visit our download page and tap the APK link. For iOS and web, open Safari or Chrome and navigate to mikro4d.app.

Allow installation from unknown sources (Android only)
Android requires permission to install apps outside the Play Store. Enable this in Settings > Security, then proceed with installation.

Create or log into your mikro4d account
Enter your username, email, password, and mobile number. Our system will send a verification code via SMS or email to confirm your identity.

Begin using live tables, sportsbook, and slots
Once verified, deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer. Your account is ready for live blackjack, roulette, football markets, and other games.
App versus browser experience
Our native Android APK and web app both offer offline caching—when your connection drops, recent game data and account information remain accessible without requiring a refresh. Push notifications on Android alert you to live events, match updates from Liga 1 and Piala AFF, and payment status changes. The APK typically loads faster because it bypasses browser overhead, while our web app works on any device without requiring installation permissions. Both are synchronized to the same backend, so your account balance, game history, and deposit records stay current across platforms.
Device compatibility
mikro4d requires Android 7.0 or later for the APK, and iOS 12.0 or later for browser access. We also support older devices running Android 6.0 through a compatibility mode that restricts some visual features but preserves full gaming and payment functionality. If your device cannot update to these versions, contact our support team to explore alternative access methods. We do not store device identifiers beyond what is necessary for account recovery and fraud prevention.
Common installation issues and solutions
If the APK does not install, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your Android security settings. Some devices show a certificate warning on first launch—this is standard for apps outside the Play Store and does not affect security. If the browser version loads slowly, clear your cache or try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Internet all work with mikro4d). For iOS users, ensure you have cookies and JavaScript enabled in Safari settings. If you encounter repeated connection timeouts, try switching between mobile data and WiFi, or contact support with your error message and device model.
Data, permissions, and account security
We request permission to store data, send notifications, and access your device's camera (for ID verification during KYC). All transmitted data is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocol. Your password is never stored in plain text; we hash it with industry-standard algorithms. Two-factor authentication via SMS is optional but recommended for accounts linked to large balances. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we honor requests to delete your account and associated records subject to our data retention policy for regulatory compliance. Account recovery requires email verification and a photo of your ID to confirm ownership.

- We verify identity using government-issued ID during registration to comply with Indonesia's AML requirements.
- Password reset
- Forgotten passwords are reset via email link valid for one hour. No alternative method bypasses this verification.
